How we earn money
FiveStair is free for families. We earn money when you ask a company for a quote through us, and only from the companies you choose by name.

The short version
- Installers pay per request: when you ask for quotes and confirm a company, that company pays FiveStair a fee for the request (or, by agreement, when a sale is made).
- At most three companies, chosen by you. Nobody gets your details before you confirm.
- Some partner programmes: in a few countries we may refer you to a lead programme of an installer network, and say so clearly where we do.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal data.
- Rank companies, models or brands by what they pay us.
- Use countdowns, "today only" offers or other pressure.
- Store health information.
Why this keeps us honest
Partners pay for real requests from families who chose them. If they disappoint those families, they lose future requests; we track feedback and stop working with companies that pressure people.
