For stairlift and home-lift companies
Families plan their stairs in 3D on FiveStair before they ask for quotes. As a partner you receive their stair shape, measurements, timeline and contact, only when they chose your company by name.
What you receive
- Pre-planned requests: stair shape, number of steps, width, top and bottom space, outdoor or indoor, the user's weight and mobility, the lift types that fit, timeline and postcode.
- Consent by name: every request comes from a family who ticked your company. In Germany this also covers the consent the UWG requires before a phone call.
- Your area only: you choose the postcodes and lift types you cover.
How you pay
- Per verified request (default), agreed per country, with your first three requests free.
- Refunds within 7 days for a wrong number or no real project.
- Per sale or hybrid terms on request, for example for home lifts.
- Monthly statement in the partner portal; written agreement before the first request.
Tools included
- Partner portal: new requests with the 3D plan, status (accepted, contacted, surveyed, sold, lost), private notes, refund requests with a reason, monthly statements.
- Remote survey: send a family a link; they measure their stairs in the guided 3D planner (with the phone angle meter) and add photos; you receive the plan, the answers and the photos. Free for partners; other dealers can subscribe after a 14-day free trial (from €29 a month).
- Planner widget: embed the 3D planner on your own website with two lines of code; requests made in it go only to you and are never charged.

Frequently asked questions
How many companies receive the same request?
At most three, and only the companies the family picked.
Can we choose which areas we cover?
Yes, by postcode prefix or nationwide, and by lift type.
Do we have to pay for a listing?
No. Directory listings are free. Partners pay only for requests (or sales, by agreement).
Are requests from the planner on our own website charged?
No. Requests made in your planner widget go only to you and are always free.
